ACTIPH Water is the UK’s first high alkaline, ionised water. Their challenge was to scale rapidly in a busy market and enable international expansion into the US. They were looking for a full service agency to manage everything for them in one place. Following the first 6 months of work we put into the brand, they had seen over a 300% increase in sales. Throughout our time working for them we produced successful projects under; Brand Identity, Print & Digital Design, Clothing Ranges, Investor Decks, Digital Advertising, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Influencer Marketing, Ambassador Program Build & Management, Crowdfunding Campaign, Photography, Videography, Animation, and Website Development.

At the start of 2020, Actiph came to us with the challenge of helping them scale their business, and to help them raise £1m in funding to enable their international expansion & to grow their marketing on an international level. They were looking for a full service agency to manage everything for them in one place.

the solution

We started work with the brand in February of 2020, outlining strategy, execution, content development, creative campaigns & more. Following the first 6 months of work we put into the brand, they had seen over a 300% increase in sales.

By enabling the expansion of their demographic & geography, we saw new sales pipelines being opened up. We achieved this by implementing the right solutions at the right time to enable the brand to scale effectively.

- we developed a subbrand of activewear for actiph enabling them to target a wider audience - To create the new logo we kept the essence of the water brand but gave it a more elegant touch to give the brand a more lifestyle image. - As a starting point, we used the original logo. We thought that given it is a water brand, it was important to differentiate between the product being the water & with the clothing line related more to a lifestyle brand image. - After analysing the activewear market, we noticed that the use of sleek and spaced font for their logos is trending. We’ve gone for a simple design, contrasting between two fonts making sure the brand remains consistent and also attracts Actiphists from a variety of backgrounds - not just sport.

- We have been working on various print medium solutions such as posters, magazine advertising, guerilla marketing printed material. - We always aligned the essence of the brand with its branding, using similar tones and fonts across all material - we always kept the fresh and dynamic element of the brand - We have sourced a bank of image to use across different platform to keep a consistent brand image.

Point Of Sale

- We have worked on a personalisation campaign sending a personalised box to a list of influencer we had previously selected matchin the ethos and values of the brand. - In each box they would have a bottle with a label having their names on it as well as a flyer inviting them to join the actiph community by posting it on their social.

- At the beginning of the first lockdown we ran a campaign with actiph supporting the moments that truly matters in our day to day life. - Following a series of videos produced by ONQOR media, we also ran social campaigns with influencers sharing moments that matter with their community - we mixed our own content for the brand with influencer content and therefore created a consistent social campaign across a large community

- We have designed various event roller banners, posters, brochures aiming at introducing people to the actiph world showcasing the full range of water bottle actiph offers but also to educate people about alkaline water, about recycling ... - Across all point of Sale design work we have produced we have tried to educate people in a fun and dynamic way trying to deliver a clear and concise message

UI / UX Design

- We have designed and developed 2 websites for actiph water: the first being the website about the brand giving people information about their product, the science behind it the people involved as well as the actiphists (ambassadors) they work with. - The second website: we have created and developed an e-commerce site for them to be able to sell their water on an online platform. During the pandemic, it was essential to digitalise the brand.

We ran a Gifted UK Influencer Campaign from the 12-16th July, which paired with the Paid Social Campaign #MOMENTSTHATMATTER. Using 10 content creators, who posted content across 5 days, page discovery increased to a whopping 1,071,507 accounts reached.

The client social page had been seen 2,043,621 times during this week. Alongside this, there had been an increase in actions taken on the account by viewers including: profile visits, clicks to actiph.shop & emails.

Ambassador Program

We have worked hard to develop a community of Ambassadors for the ACTIPH brand. The aim is to increase overall brand awareness & drive sales, develop & nurture a relationship with the ambassadors on behalf of the client & then plan in-person meet-up event… to really foster a sense of community!

We built a team of 16 #ACTIPHISTS, searching each month to build this out with the right individuals.

Those moments that matter

Overall, this UK Paid Ad Campaign #MOMENTSTHATMATTER aimed at increasing brand awareness performed very well! With a huge number of impressions & accounts reached, we had a large amount of people clicking through to the Actiph E-com site.

When we break it down further, we found that Ballet & Yoga Scene Ads outperformed the other videos with a combined total Impressions of 4,009,317 & 2,507 Clicks (all). The Montage Ad also performed very well, making 3,040,528 Impressions & had 1,971 Clicks (all).

To improve the SEO for the Actiph Water Official Website, we have updated the title tags, added meta descriptions and alt text to all the pages. Other improvements include; correcting the tap targets (this makes sure that page links and buttons can be easily clicked on a mobile device), updating the twitter card, and minifying some of the assets, which makes the website run faster.

To improve the SEO for the Actiph E-commerce website, we added schema (a set of vocabularies used to add meaning to the information on a webpage in a way that is readable by machines like Google) to the site, updated the twitter card and added the alt text to the images. We also added all the social media handles into the page.

Since launching in the US, we began completing SEO work on the newly developed US E-commerce site, focusing on on-page, off-page and technical SEO.
