Glorious World is a Luxury Designer Women’s Clothing Store, selling designer clothing, accessories and footwear to Glorious Women around the UK.

Glorious World is a Boutique Designer Women’s Clothing Store, whose main challenge was to increase sales of their high-quality, luxurious products. Despite the decision to shut the store at points throughout 2020 and into 2021 due to the pandemic, the client was determined to use Digital Marketing to their advantage. A collaborative effort across ONQOR Group, enabled all teams to work together on services such as; Website Design & Development, SEO, Graphic Design, Email Marketing, Media Production, Paid Advertising, and Social Media Marketing.

Glorious World's main challenge was to increase sales of their high-quality, luxurious products. Alongside this, and the fact that stores shut throughout 2020 and into 2021, the client were keen to use Digital Marketing to their advantage. They were looking for a full service agency to manage everything for them in one place.

Glorious put their trust in us to develop their branding for them. Our Design Team have worked hard to design the logo, brand guidelines, tone of voice and brand creative strategy for this client. Being a luxury fashion boutique, it was important to give the brand image an elegant yet modern feel. Aiming to encompass all that it means to be Glorious Women.

Through the use of the colour purple, we enabled the brand to evoke the luxurious and high quality feel. We developed a positive relationship with the client, focusing on listening carefully their needs, requirements and requests in the hope of translating this into creative assets for them.

Print Design

We were tasked with designing a system of gift cards enabling people to gift their loved ones with Glorious products. Given the nature and tone of voice of the brand, we decided on a matte black look, enhancing this idea of a premium and luxurious fashion experience. By mixing gloss with a matte effect on the paper, we could give the card texture, contrast and a high quality feel on touch. Following the same design process, we developed loyalty cards for Glorious customers.

We not only designed the cards, but also implemented an Award System for the client to be able to give rewards to customers in terms of discounts, private sales and more. During Covid a lot of business had to adapt their internal regulation. For Glorious we have been working on all the floor stickers and window decals enabling the team to keep welcoming customers in the safest and most secure way.

Working closely with the ONQOR Marketing Team, we put concept and idea to paper and created graphics for social campaigns. Having collaborating with the client and Marketing Team, we developed themes to not only ensure consistency in posting schedules, but also to maintain an on-brand digital image that aligned with the physical store. The aim of their social was not just to showcase their products and fashion styling experience, but to empower woman and encourage self love. In all the content we create we want the client's followers to gain value, believe in themselves and to feel part of a community full of positive mindsets with a passion for high-end fashion.

UI / UX Design

Glorious contracted us to help expand their digital presence. We designed and developed an e-commerce website enabling them to sell their goods online and take their digital marketing efforts to a new level. The website had to act as a tool to enable campaigns across diverse channels such as; social media platforms, email marketing and paid advertising.

Our Design & DevHub teams built the website from scratch showcasing a clear and luxurious feel through defining a clear and sleek layout. We worked with ONQOR Media to shoot and edit photography for this site. Over time, we have continued to maintain the sites online presence & regularly update content with seasonal changes and any campaigns the team have running.

During Q4 of 2020, we’ve worked on email campaigns for Glorious, including: A/W20 Launch, A/W19 Sale, Lockdown 2 COVID Responses, Seasonal Style Guides Release, Christmas Giftcard & Gifts.

We saw increased Revenue off the back of these email campaigns, whether that be of New Season Items or Sale Stock. The average open-rate for our Glorious campaigns has been 35%, higher than the industry competitors.

Campaigns

We’ve run a number of Paid Advertising Campaigns over the year for Glorious. Including; the stores big Summer Sale and A/W20 Launch. Despite being during COVID-19, we still saw some great results and click-throughs to the website to purchase. Overall making 209,881 impressions, reaching 109,088 women.

We obtained return on investment through purchases from the campaigns which were aimed with conversion in mind. Looking at the analytics and insights from the paid advertising, we can further shape and understand the Glorious Audience, and better inform future advertising. 

SEO

Glorious e-Com Website

We’ve worked with Glorious to complete monthly SEO work for their site. This includes; writing a brief SEO Strategy, outlining keywords, phrases and competitors to keep an eye on. Over the period we’ve been working with them, we’ve increased their SEO Score to 78. This included working on SEO related tasks within; content, indexing, mobile, structured data, security, performance, domain, and branding. Ensuring they have everything optimised, including on-page and off-page SEO.

Lifestyle Shots

We have photographed all of Glorious’ stock for their seasonal updates since the beginning of 2020. We shoot incredibly high volumes of stock with tight-turnaround time, the team are ready, speedy and maintain consistency across photoshoots. Photographs are then edited and added onto the website ahead of season launches. They have enabled Glorious to go online during the Coronavirus pandemic and ultimately meant they could continue operating as a business.

Whilst operating a photoshoot for the E-Commerce site, the client asked that we change the setup and shoot some lifestyle shots instead. These types of photographs were needed for social media, email newsletter and paid advertising content. The focus was on producing a batch of lifestyle photography with the aim of helping encourage the safe return of customers to the shop.

Our Media Team were contracted to make a promotional video for Glorious. The video we created was aimed at helping to advertise the bespoke, luxurious styling and shopping experience that Glorious offers. We focused on showcasing what to expect during one of their private fashion styling consultations.
